DIAPERS, WIPES, and FORMULA ONCE EVERY 30 DAYS.

Diapers sizes Newborn-7 and Pull-Ups sizes 2T-5T. Formula is based on availability. Walk-In Hours are Monday-Thursday from 10 am - 2 pm. No appointment is necessary.

​CLOTHING (SIZES NEWBORN - 2T) ONCE EVERY 60 DAYS.

To place an order for clothing, please allow two business days to fill your order. Pick up available during walk-in hours Monday-Thursday from 10am-2pm.

OTHER ESSENTIAL ITEMS, ONCE EVERY 60 DAYS

Infant hygiene, Play mats, highchairs, books, toys, baby gates, strollers, baby baths, and more. (Please attach your other essential items with your clothing order).

PARENTING CLASSES

​

CIRCLE of SECURITY® PARENTING™ (COSP) teaches parents to identify, understand and respond to their child's emotional needs. Through COSP, parents discover they are capable of connecting with, loving and raising secure children. CAPA/PREPARES offers the 8-week COSP group quarterly for parents of children aged six months to five years old.

BABY CARE 101:

Baby Care 101 is a two-part course to give expectant and newly parenting caregivers education and tools to learn how to care for their new baby.

TODDLER CARE 202:

An informative and interactive two-part parenting series that covers child development, nutrition, sleep, potty-training, and more!

PREGNANCY AND PARENTING SUPPORT

​

PREPARED MOMS:

A weekly social support group for moms with children under the age of five. Join us in building friendships, fostering community, and supporting one another in navigating parenthood. Mothers of children aged 0-5 can attend on a drop-in basis and receive childcare during group. For more information contact Sarah Durrant at Sarah.durrant@cceasternwa.org

CASE MANAGEMENT:

Offers parents the opportunity to have parent support, goal setting, and community resources to help them be the parent they want to be with support from our compassionate circle of security-trained case manager. For more information contact Sarah Durrant at Sarah.durrant@cceasternwa.org.

MUSIC TOGETHER in PARTNERSHIP WITH SONGBIRD STUDIO:

An interactive music class for children aged zero to five to attend with their caregiver.

Classes create a nurturing environment to have fun singing, dancing, and playing instruments! Classes are offered during Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters. Registration is required. For more information contact Sarah Durrant at Sarah.durrant@cceasternwa.org

 

EDUCATION SUPPORT:

Families with children ages three to five can access Education Support to work on kindergarten readiness. The program is led by an educator with over thirty years of experience in education. PLAY WITH LOVE:

Our Play with Love Program combines play-based activities with educational themes to foster cognitive, social, and emotional development in young children. Through interactive games, stories, and creative projects, children learn essential skills while having fun. Caregivers may drop-in and are asked to stay and play too! BREASTFEEDING COUNSELING:

If you are thinking about breastfeeding or are currently breastfeeding and would like additional support, encouragement, and information, CAPA/PREPARES offers breastfeeding support through our Certified Breastfeeding Counselor Sandi Nokes. For more information contact Sandra.nokes@cceasternwa.org
