Sam has her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from George Fox University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Palliative Care from Eastern Washington University. Prior to Catholic Charities, Sam worked as a case manager at SNAP’s Homeless Service office, then as a Homeless Program Specialist at the City of Spokane in the Community Housing and Human Services Department. In her free time, Sam likes to do all things outdoorsy with her partner, Cody, and they can be found out running, hiking, swimming, backpacking or skiing.
