2023 Catholic Charities Gala

This year’s Gala was a wonderful success!

“Walk with Us” was launched into the Eastern Washington community with one mission.

To show the valuable and life-changing services at Catholic Charities Eastern Washington from the perspective of clients and staff.

Taking an in-depth look into the spaces that many have assumed the worst about and really speaking truth to what happens within our housing communities.

This is just one facet of the work Catholic Charities Eastern Washington does.

During our Gala we were able to showcase our sponsors throughout the evening to show our appreciation towards them for investing in the future of Eastern Washington.

There was such buzz about this year’s event due to Cardinal Blase Cupich being the keynote speaker, with appearances made by Bishop Thomas Daly and Bishop William Skylstad.

Together Cardinal Cupich, Bishop Daly and President and CEO of Catholic Charities Rob McCann presented Bishop Skylstad with the Bishop and Cardinal’s medal.

Bishop Skylstad took it all in stride as they read off his life’s work, accepting the medal with great humility and expressing his gratitude towards all who had got him to where he is today.
